The landlord grants the tenant permission to use the WLAN Internet access for the duration of their stay in the vacation property. The tenant is not permitted to allow third parties to use the WLAN. The landlord does not guarantee the actual availability, suitability or reliability of the Internet access for any purpose. The landlord is entitled at any time to allow other users to share use of the WLAN in whole or in part or temporarily and to restrict or block the tenant's access in whole or in part if the connection is or has been misused, provided that the landlord has reason to fear that he may be threatened with legal action as a result and he cannot prevent this with reasonable effort within a reasonable period of time. In particular, the landlord reserves the right to block access to certain websites or services via the WLAN at its own discretion and at any time (e.g. websites that glorify violence, pornography or those that require payment).
The access data (login and password) may not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. If the tenant wishes to grant third parties access to the Internet via WLAN, this is only possible with the prior written consent of the landlord and the acceptance of the terms of this user agreement by the third party, which must be documented by signature and complete identification. The tenant is obliged to treat his access data confidentially. The lessor reserves the right to change the access codes at any time.
The tenant is advised that the WLAN only provides Internet access; virus protection and firewall are not included. The data transmitted via the WLAN network is unencrypted. The data may therefore be intercepted by third parties. The landlord expressly points out that there is a risk of the tenant's device being infected with malware (e.g. viruses, Trojans, worms, etc.) when using the WLAN network. The use of the WLAN network is at the tenant's own risk. The landlord accepts no liability for damage to the tenant's digital media caused by the use of the Internet connection, unless this damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the landlord and/or its vicarious agents.
The tenant is solely responsible for all data transmitted via the WLAN network, all chargeable services used and all legal transactions carried out via the WLAN network. If the tenant visits chargeable websites or enters into liabilities, he is responsible for the resulting costs. He is obliged to comply with the applicable laws when using the WLAN network.
not use the WLAN to access or distribute immoral or illegal content; do not unlawfully reproduce, distribute or make available any works protected by copyright; this applies in particular in connection with the use of file-sharing programs; observe the applicable youth protection regulations; do not send or distribute any harassing, defamatory or threatening content; not to use the WLAN to send mass messages (spam) and/or other forms of unsolicited advertising. The tenant shall indemnify the landlord of the vacation property against all damages and claims by third parties arising from the illegal use of the WLAN by the tenant and/or a breach of this agreement. This indemnification also extends to all costs and expenses incurred in connection with the assertion of or defense against such claims. If the tenant becomes aware or should become aware of such an infringement and/or violation or if such an infringement or violation is imminent, the tenant must inform the landlord of the vacation property accordingly.
You will be asked to confirm the terms of use when you log in to the apartment's WLAN for the first time.
